1. Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation:

• We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or canceling any appointments.
• For prepaid sessions, failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the appointment, with a deduction of £50 from the prepaid amount.
• For unpaid service or consultation appointments, a charge of £50 will apply.

3. Policy on Purchased Sessions:

• We offer various treatment sessions for purchase, valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

4. Session Expiration:

• Unused sessions beyond the six (6) month validity period will expire.
• We advise scheduling and using purchased sessions within the allotted timeframe for maximum benefit.

5. Extension of Validity Period:

• In extenuating circumstances like illness or emergencies, we may consider extending session validity on a case-by-case basis.
• Clients must contact our customer service team at least two (2) weeks prior to expiration to inquire about an extension.

6. No Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds for unused sessions. Please carefully consider your treatment needs and schedules before purchasing sessions.

7. Communication of Policies:

• Clients must review and agree to these policies before purchasing sessions.
• These policies are available on our website, and hard copies can be requested during clinic visits.
• We reserve the right to modify these policies without prior notice.

8. Before and After Campaigns:

• Dr. Sima Aesthetics Clinic may collect and process photographic images, video recordings, audio recordings, and written testimonials for educational and promotional purposes.
• Your explicit consent is required for processing sensitive data related to your medical diagnosis and treatment.
• By participating, you agree to the use of material for promotional and informational purposes, including online and offline media.
• You release Dr. Sima Aesthetics Clinic from any claims related to the use of this material, including invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation.

9. Prepaid Treatment Packages:

• When purchasing treatment courses, you receive a special discounted rate.
• Prices are based on prepaying for the entire course.
• No price reduction is available if components are removed from the package.

10. Cosmetic Injections Terms & Conditions:

• A deposit or credit card number is required in advance for all cosmetic injection bookings.
• Bookings must be made in advance.
• Clients must be deemed medically fit following a consultation.
• Prices are based on the number of units required and the product used.
• Products in a package must be used in a single appointment.
• No refunds or price reductions for unused product units.
• The administering of units is at the medical practitioner’s discretion.
